What Delhi's climate does to a hair system

Delhi's year splits into three problems, not one. April to June is dry, over-40°C heat where scalp sweat evaporates fast but skin still gets irritated under an occluded base; the July-September monsoon adds humidity on top of that heat without cooling it, which is the worst combination for adhesive hold; and November to January brings the smog months, when PM2.5 sits at multiples of the safe limit for weeks at a stretch.

The smog season is the one most cities in our service area don't have to plan for. Fine particulate settles into the hairline and the base lace itself, and clients who don't wash more frequently through November and December come back with a visibly grimed perimeter well before the bond itself has failed. We tell winter clients in Delhi to wash on a shorter cycle purely because of air quality, independent of sweat.

For base material we lean toward mono or skin-mono construction that tolerates frequent washing without the lace degrading, and we favour adhesives rated for heat rather than pure sweat-resistance, since Delhi's problem for eight months of the year is dry heat and dust more than it is humidity. Service interval tightens in both peak summer and peak smog season and can stretch slightly in the mild October-November and February-March windows.
